Account Executive
Location: Midlands (office-based)

Salary: Competitive base with performance-based incentives (percentage of revenue growth over 3 months, with scalable commission)
Medmin Ltd provides comprehensive practice management services to private consultants, helping them focus on patient care while we manage the business side of their practice. Our services include administration, billing, finance, marketing, social media and strategic growth support. We work with consultants across multiple specialties and partner with hospitals to improve efficiency, patient experience, and financial outcomes.
We are now seeking an Account Executive to focus on revenue growth from existing consultant clients. This role is ideal for someone commercially minded, analytical, and confident working directly with consultants to grow their practices.
As an Account Executive, you will work within a supportive office-based team, analysing consultant performance, identifying market opportunities, and developing strategies to increase consultant revenue. Your success will be directly tied to the growth you generate, with a scalable commission structure that rewards performance.
Key responsibilities include:
* Manage relationships with existing consultant clients, supporting them in growing their private practices.
* Analyse consultant earnings, performance trends, and service mix to identify opportunities for growth.
* Research and interpret local market data to advise consultants on new opportunities.
* Work directly with consultants to develop action plans that increase patient volumes and revenue.
* Monitor consultant growth over 3-month cycles, tracking revenue improvements.
* Produce regular reports on consultant performance and growth opportunities.
* Collaborate with the wider Medmin team to align consultant growth with service delivery capacity.
* Report data on a CRM system within sales pipelines.
Your profile:
* Degree in business, healthcare management, or related field (or equivalent experience).
* Minimum 2–3 years' experience in account management, business development, or commercial roles, ideally within healthcare or professional services.
* Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret financial and market data.
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, comfortable working directly with consultants.
* Results-driven, with a clear focus on delivering measurable growth.
* Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple consultant accounts simultaneously.
* Office-based team player, with the ability to contribute to a collaborative environment.
