Overview
Job Title: HR Advisor; Location: Reading; Salary: £20 - £25 per hour; Contract: Interim
Responsibilities
* Advise managers on disciplinaries, grievances, absence, and performance issues
* Manage ER casework from start to resolution
* Support investigations, hearings, and appeals
* Ensure policies are applied consistently and in line with employment law
* Build effective relationships and coach managers on people matters
Qualifications
* Experience in an HR Advisor role with strong ER focus
* Good knowledge of UK employment law
* Confident managing a varied ER caseload
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* CIPD Level 3 or equivalent
* An enhanced DBS certificate is essential (registered within last 2 years)
