We are partnering with a luxury fashion house seeking an experienced and service-driven Store Manager to lead one of its key retail locations in London.

The Role
As Store Manager, you will be responsible for the overall success of the boutique, driving commercial performance while delivering a refined, personalised client experience. You will uphold the brand’s standards across service, presentation, people development, and operations.
Key Responsibilities
Client Experience & Brand Representation
* Deliver an exceptional, tailored client experience aligned with luxury service standards
* Build and nurture long-term client relationships and VIC engagement
* Act as a brand ambassador, embodying the house’s values at all times
Sales & Commercial Excellence
* Drive store performance and achievement of sales and KPI objectives
* Analyse results and implement action plans to maximise growth
* Lead by example on the sales floor, elevating the client journey and encouraging repeat visits
Boutique Standards & Operations
* Ensure impeccable visual merchandising and boutique presentation
* Oversee stock management, inventory processes, and operational excellence
* Ensure compliance with brand policies, procedures, and retail standards
Team Leadership & Collaboration
* Recruit, lead, and develop a high-performing retail team
* Foster a professional, service-led, and collaborative team culture
* Support training, onboarding, and performance development initiatives
Profile
* Proven experience in a Store Manager or senior management role within luxury or premium retail
* Strong leadership presence with excellent communication skills
* Client-centric mindset with a refined, service-driven approach
* Commercially aware, detail-oriented, and highly organised
* Flexible availability, including weekends
