Painter/Decorator Salary: £15 an hour Working Hours: Monday-Friday, 40 hours a week Location: Belfast, Lisburn, Bangor area. There is no shortage of projects, so youll be able to get stuck in straight away. Role & Responsibilities Carrying out high-quality internal and external painting and decorating works within social housing properties Preparing surfaces to a professional standard, including filling, sanding, priming, and finishing Working in both occupied and void properties while maintaining a professional and respectful approach Completing work efficiently, safely, and to agreed timescales Maintaining a clean, tidy, and safe working environment at all times Communicating effectively with tenants, supervisors, and the wider team Key Requirements Minimum 5 years experience as a Painter & Decorator High standards of workmanship and attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team Full UK driving licence desirable (but not essential) Professional, reliable, and customer-focused attitude What We Offer £15 an hour Immediate start Long-term, ongoing work with a well-established contractor Supportive management and a positive working environment Fuel card or company van provided, depending on availability 3pm finish on Friday
