The Role
Were looking for an experienced Recruitment Manager to lead our Interim & Temporary Recruitment division .
Working closely with the Directors, youll own the strategy, win new business, and build long-term client relationships. Delivery will be supported by our existing back-office team, allowing you to focus on growth, leadership and client engagement.
This is a genuine opportunity to build a division from scratch within a successful, established business - with a clear route into senior leadership .
What Youll Do
* Re-launch and lead the Interim & Temporary division
* Win new interim/temporary assignments with new and existing clients
* Develop senior client relationships across the UK & Europe
* Oversee delivery via existing consultants
* Shape scalable processes and commercial strategy
* Represent Nicholas Howard in virtual and in-person client meetings, with no geographic or sector constraints.
About You
* Proven experience winning interim and/or temporary recruitment business
* Credible, mature and commercially astute
* Comfortable rolling up your sleeves and building something meaningful
* Strong communicator at all levels
* Passionate about people, careers and business impact
