Fora is part of The Office Group, supported by Blackstone and Brockton Capital. We plan to expand further, focusing on conscious design and empowering our members to work in their own way.

The Role

Supporting marketing and commercial functions, with a focus on Direct, Indirect, and Customer Marketing initiatives, to implement strategies that drive demand, satisfaction, and loyalty.

This role involves activating core campaigns and deliverables to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

* Assist in planning, developing, and executing campaigns, events, and communications aligned with strategic goals.
* Coordinate partnerships, events, and sponsorship activations.
* Maintain and update content across channels, ensuring brand consistency.
* Collaborate with creative teams on sales materials.
* Support sales teams and external partners with marketing resources.
* Report on marketing activity performance.
* Assist with budgeting and purchase orders.
* Contribute to annual marketing plans.
* Support digital reporting and website updates.
* Work with media agencies to deliver assets and campaigns.
* Support eCRM campaigns and SEO content publication.
* Help the sales team with collateral delivery.
* Assist in delivering high-quality events for brokers and agents.
1. 1–2 years’ experience in B2B marketing, preferably in commercial property or workspace industries.
2. Understanding of marketing, customer marketing, and campaign execution.
3. Analytical mindset with knowledge of KPI/metrics.
4. Experience with digital tools like CRM, email marketing, and social media.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
6. Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT.
7. Experience with customer data and campaign reporting.
8. Ability to use data insights for decision-making.
9. Strong problem-solving and time management skills.
