About The Role
We have a great opportunity for an Air Conditioning Engineer to join our Mobile Team covering Croydon and surrounding areas.
As an Air Conditioning Engineer, you will have at least 3 years’ experience in a similar role, with relevant qualifications.
The ideal candidate will be a motivated and ambitious individual willing to work as part of a small team.
Principle Duties and Responsibilities
* Ensure the highest standards and Atlas competencies are delivered and demonstrated.
* Deliver Portfolio M&E PPM and minor works.
* Keep the Client, Customer, and Team informed through feedback and regular updates.
* Contribute to delivering a quality service, aiming for 100% customer satisfaction.
* Provide technical support, advice, and guidance to the Customer and Team.
* Ensure value for money for the Client by checking resource and material suitability.
* Report on performance to your Area Manager.
* Ensure safe delivery of all Atlas works, including those of our service partners.
* Produce details of time and materials required for minor works for quoting.
* Liaise with Account Support, Supervisors, Managers, and Sub-Contractors to deliver work within SLA.
* Build and foster relationships with the Client, Customer, and colleagues.
* Update Maximo system constantly via your tablet and ensure all time is recorded.
* Take ownership of sites, delivering exceptional service.
* Cover all call-out responsibilities out of hours when rostered.
About You
Minimum Qualifications, Certifications, and Training
* NVQ level 3 in the relevant trade.
* Qualified Air Conditioning Engineer.
* City & Guilds 2079 F-Gas Regulations (Cat 1).
Essential Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
* Good understanding of modern office software.
* Experience with asset/work management systems such as MAXIMO / CAFM on Android tablets.
* At least 3 years’ experience in a similar environment, especially across multi-site and multi-discipline service delivery.
* 2 years’ experience in a customer-facing outsourcing environment.
* Background in mobile engineering/property maintenance.
