We are seeking a support worker to assist adults with various needs, including learning disabilities, autism, ABI, and mental health. The role involves providing high-quality, tailored support to empower individuals to live fulfilled lives.
Responsibilities:
* Support adults with different needs to flourish in their homes
* Empower individuals to be ambitious and live fulfilled lives
* Provide high-quality support tailored to people's needs
* Engage in activities such as cooking, art, music, and outings
* Offer practical support, including managing medication, shopping, health needs, and hygiene
Essential Requirements:
* Good general education
* Honesty, reliability, trustworthiness, and a passion to make a difference
* Commitment to the aims and objectives of the home and of Ivolve
* Satisfactory Police Check and check against the ISA List (where applicable)
* Commitment to undertake training and development
Desirable Requirements:
* RQF Level 2 or above in social care
* Previous experience within a social care setting
* Knowledge and commitment regarding Equal Opportunities
* Knowledge of regulatory frameworks
* Confident IT user

Shifts: Full-time 35 hours per week, or part-time available 5 x 7 hour shifts. Available shift patterns: 7am - 2pm, 2pm - 9pm (Monday to Sunday on a rota basis with alternating weekends). Pay Rate: £12.21 - £12.47 per hour (dependent on qualifications). Please note that a driver is required for this role.
