We’re looking for an Inventory First Line Manager to lead our operations and drive success.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
* Provide all encompassing First Line Leadership in the running of a safe and efficient dedicated operational area
* Working within clear guidelines to help achieve the operational standards and leadership best practice for your area of responsibility and direct reports during shift working within OMS framework
* Actively drive the engagement, performance and recognition of direct reports in your area of accountability.
* Contribute to the site health, safety and environmental meetings relevant to your site, ensuring that you action outputs and provide feedback as required
* Ensure that you investigate all near misses, incidents and accidents with emphasis on preventing any re-occurrences and monitor the departments accident performance - sharing learning and best practice outputs
* Ensure that you are driving quality safety monitoring processes, standards and compliance
