Engineering Manager - up to £105,000 base salary + 10% bonus + benefits

In this role, you’ll be a hands-off Engineering Manager looking after a core product - designing its future roadmap and owning delivery. This role is about growth, not firefighting.
You’ll be leading a squad of Engineers and shaping the technical direction of a high-impact product used by millions.
Tech Stack wise they aren't fussed. You could be React focused, C# focused or Java focused for e.g. it doesn't matter. Ideally though you have fintech experiance that is a big plus.
