Robinsons of Bawtry is a luxury independent fashion retailer, situated on South Parade, Bawtry, offering a high end personalised shopping experience to a collection of loyal customers for nearly 40 years. The business has been selling online for over a decade, and is positioned to grow sales both in-store and online over the coming years.
The position of Ecommerce Assistant provides an exciting opportunity for motivated and driven individuals to gain hands-on experience in the ecommerce fashion sector, playing a key role in the customer experience, from browsing the brands online to their unboxing experience at home - we pride ourselves on making customers feel like a big deal, and applicants are required to have a keen eye for detail in everything they do.
The successful applicant will be working alongside the Office Business Manager and Ecommerce manager, performing day-to-day duties and implementing short and long term strategies to help grow the online business.
Responsibilities
* Researching and compiling of product details and imagery for display on the Robinsons website.
* Picking and packing customer orders in a timely and accurate manner.
* Responding to customer queries via telephone and email
* Processing returned items, communicating with customers and colleagues to resolve any issues.
* Aid in creation of social media marketing, using platforms such as Canva and/or Adobe Express.
* Working closely with the team to produce unique, creative and innovative marketing ideas and promotional materials to help grow the Robinsons brand online and in-store.
* May be required for in-store duties during busy periods, including assisting with customers and requested stock checks.
* Any other ad-hoc office tasks such as filing of paperwork, product ticketing and general housekeeping.

Working Hours
Monday-Friday
9.30am-5.00pm / 30min lunch break
This is strictly an office-based role only, due to orders requiring to be picked and packed.
Busy periods such as the festive season may require additional working hours.
Salary
The starting salary for this role is £20,000 per annum. This is subject to age and experience. Upon completion of the probationary period of 3 months, the salary can be negotiated depending on performance.
