About the role
PillSorted is a fast‑growing, venture‑backed health technology company based in Cambridge. We are building a high‑precision health care platform designed for scale and mission to transform the way people experience health care.
In this role, you will shape how our products and services are discovered and how they connect with patients, from the way they are positioned to how they convert on our website. You will be responsible for ensuring that every touchpoint supports our value proposition and makes it clear why PillSorted is the trusted choice for health care.
Working hand in hand with engineering, clinical teams, and founders, you will design journeys that are simple, engaging, intuitive, and patient centred, even when the underlying health care is complex. Your focus will be on clarity and impact, helping customers understand what we offer, why it matters, and guiding them seamlessly from interest to action.
What you will do
* Shape and evolve the go‑to‑market plan for each product and service across private treatment, NHS services, and self‑care offerings.
* Champion our value proposition by crafting messaging that resonates with diverse audiences, including patients, family carers, professional social carers, and health care professionals, and positions PillSorted as the trusted choice.
* Design and test pricing models, subscription structures, and promotional strategies to improve customer lifetime value and strengthen long‑term relationships.
* Own customer marketing touchpoints and ensure messaging is clear, consistent, and aligned with our mission to make health care simple and intuitive. Support experimentation across the conversion funnel by running structured tests to improve acquisition, activation, and retention on our digital channels.
* Develop and refine over‑the‑counter (OTC) merchandising for self‑care pathways, including integration with shopping feeds such as Google, Microsoft, and emerging AI assistants.
* Analyse external health care product ecosystems and position PillSorted’s services thoughtfully within them, shaping customer behaviour and driving adoption.
* Continuously monitor data and uncover insights that guide decisions across teams and ensure strategies and tactics are evidence‑based and patient centred.
* Track growth metrics and translate findings into action to improve both patient experience and business outcomes.
What you bring
* Strong analytical ability and confidence working with data to uncover insights and guide decisions.
* Experience in product marketing, growth, experimentation, or a similar role, typically with 3 to 6 years of hands‑on work that shows measurable impact.
* Curiosity about how people make decisions in health care and how design influences behaviour.
* Clarity of thought and communication, with the ability to write and present ideas in a way that inspires action.
* Startup energy and creativity, with a willingness to tackle complex problems and design and implement solutions from start to finish.
What you will find here
* A culture of innovation: We move quickly, experiment boldly, and learn continuously.
* Collaboration at its best: You will work alongside engineers, clinicians, and founders who are passionate about solving complex problems together.
* Room to grow: As we scale, you will have the opportunity to shape not just products, but the future of the company.
* Energy of a startup, support of top investors: The excitement of building something new, with the backing to do it right.
* A team that cares about doing good work and thinking well.
* Hard problems that stretch you.
* The chance to shape something meaningful in a sector that is both demanding and important.
* Space to take ownership and grow with the company.
* Salary: £50K to £70K depending on experience plus meaningful equity.
