Hybrid Working
1-2 days per week in the office.
Responsibilities
* Support the planning and delivery of global healthcare collaboration activities, including flagship moments such as the Bupa Symposium, Best of Bupa Awards and Global Health Leaders Summit.
* Lead the development and implementation of Bupa’s international clinical exchange framework.
* Work with market teams to understand feasibility, define scalable models, and create safe, compliant pathways for clinician mobility.
* Map clinical role equivalence across markets and identify priority pathways for exchange or placement.
* Assess practical considerations such as clinical registration, licensing, visas, language requirements, regulatory differences and local capacity.
* Build trusted, productive relationships with market teams to ensure alignment, buy‑in and progress across all initiatives.
* Work closely with colleagues in Group People, Clinical, Operations, Immigration, Legal, Tax and Communications to ensure compliance, safety and strong engagement.
* Monitor activity progress, risks and impact — providing clear, accessible reporting and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
* Capture learnings across programmes and help shape future strategy and scaling.
Qualifications
* Demonstrated project management experience, ideally coordinating complex, cross‑functional or multi‑market initiatives.
* Experience working in or alongside healthcare organisations, and an understanding of clinical roles and regulatory environments.
* Experience supporting workforce development, talent mobility or organisational development projects.
* Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to build trust, manage expectations and bring diverse groups together.
* Excellent communication skills, with confidence in turning complex information into simple frameworks, plans and briefings.
* Comfort working in ambiguity; shaping new programmes from concept through to structured delivery.
* Some exposure to visa, immigration, tax or regulatory considerations in global mobility (desirable).
