This is an excellent opportunity for a Band 6 Physiotherapist to join the Older Peoples Service and Medical Rehabilitation Wards in North Glasgow. You will work independently while contributing to a supportive, experienced MDT, delivering high-quality physiotherapy care to patients with complex rehabilitation needs. What you will do Independently manage a caseload within the Older Peoples Service and medical rehabilitation wards. Complete comprehensive assessments and develop tailored rehabilitation treatment programmes. Work closely with the multidisciplinary team to deliver coordinated, patient-centred care. Support and supervise junior staff as required, delegating tasks appropriately. Develop and implement effective discharge plans to ensure continuity of care following discharge. Maintain accurate, timely, and high-quality clinical documentation in line with service standards. Requirements HCPC-registered Physiotherapist. Experience working within elderly care, medical rehabilitation, or inpatient settings. Ability to work autonomously and manage complex caseloads. Strong communication and MDT collaboration skills.
