Are you passionate about helping young learners thrive? We’re looking for an enthusiastic, caring and committed Learning Support Assistant to join our small, friendly and hard-working school team. This is a wonderful opportunity to make a real difference in our Year 1 & 2 cohort, supporting pupils in class as well as delivering targeted interventions to small groups and individual children.
What you’ll be doing
Providing high-quality classroom support
Delivering small-group and 1:1 interventions
Helping pupils grow in confidence, independence and resilience
Working closely with teachers and colleagues to ensure every child can succeed

Work well as part of a collaborative, supportive team
Are well-organised, proactive and able to prioritise your workload
Maintain high standards while being adaptable and flexible
Have some experience delivering phonics or working as an LSA (desirable, not essential)
Essential qualifications: GCSE Maths and English at Grade C/4 or above (or equivalent).
