Forward Role is partnered with a global business, who is looking for a talented Content Manager to take ownership of a successful content function within a fast-paced, reputable organisation.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a strategic, hands-on content professional who enjoys balancing big-picture thinking with day-to-day execution. You'll play a key role in shaping how the business communicates, engages audiences, and builds authority across multiple sectors.
You'll be working with a collaborative marketing team and wider stakeholders, leading content initiatives that directly support brand growth, audience engagement and commercial performance.
What You'll Be Doing:
* Develop and deliver a content strategy aligned with business goals
* Build and manage an editorial roadmap informed by trends and audience insight
* Own the content calendar, ensuring consistent and timely delivery
* Work closely with internal teams to identify content opportunities
* Oversee the production of a wide range of content & manage the full content lifecycle from brief to optimisation
* Coordinate internal contributors and external partners, and provide guidance and direction to content contributors and partners
* Monitor and analyse content performance using analytics tools
* Report on key metrics such as engagement, traffic, and contribution to pipeline
* Build strong working relationships across marketing and wider teams
* Nurture a collaborative and high-performing content environment
What We're Looking For:
* Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills
* Experience creating B2B content across multiple channels
* Solid understanding of SEO, analytics and CMS
* Proven ability to manage content workflows and multiple stakeholders
* A data-informed mindset with a creative approach
* Excellent organisation and project management skills
