We are seeking a motivated, highly organized, and detail oriented Marketing Coordinator to support our Global Marketing team. The OC Global Marketing Coordinator supports the Global Ostomy Care Clinical Marketing team, with a primary focus on engagement and communication with regional teams and the coordination of international congresses. This role ensures consistent, high quality execution of global marketing initiatives, supports internal and external communications, and enables effective collaboration across regions to drive strong market impact. In this role, you will assist with the coordination of key activities across the global marketing team, support smooth regional execution through the structured sharing of materials, and contribute to the organization of major international events and programs across global markets. The OC Global Marketing Coordinator will report to the Global OC Marketing Manager. Your Key duties and Responsibilities: • Support global engagement and communication with regional marketing teams, ensuring timely information flow and alignment on global initiatives. • Coordinate planning, logistics, and execution of international congresses, including agency collaboration, timelines, and material readiness. • Maintain and manage global marketing calendars, including congresses, regional meetings, and key communication milestones. • Support development, review, and deployment of global marketing materials in collaboration with internal stakeholders and external agencies. • Coordinate internal review processes (Medical, Legal, Regulatory) and track approvals to ensure timely delivery of materials. • Maintain global marketing SharePoint sites and ensure information is current and accessible to regional teams. • Support internal communications such as newsletters, intranet updates, webinars, and global marketing meetings. • Manage vendor coordination, purchase orders, and budget tracking in line with global marketing requirements. • Support congress-related reporting, insights collection, and post-event evaluation. Key requirements • Experience in marketing coordination, preferably within a global or matrix organization. • Strong organizational and project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. • Experience supporting events, congresses, or large-scale meetings. • Strong communication skills and confidence working with cross-functional and regional stakeholders. • Attention to detail and ability to work to tight timelines in a regulated environment. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and collaboration platforms (e.g., SharePoint, Teams). Qualifications / Education • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Life Sciences, or a related field, or equivalent experience. • Proficiency in PowerPoint, Microsoft, Excel • Strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn from feedback. • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills. • Experience in event management and digital platforms • Experience working in the healthcare or medical device industry or ostomy knowledge is desirable.
