Job Description:
We currently have a vacancy for a full-time Service Co-ordinator for our maintenance and repairs client. The hours of work will be Monday to Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm with 1 hour for lunch.
Summary of role:
* Taking calls from trade operatives, clients, and residents and booking appointments where necessary
* Assisting with the allocation of work to operatives on a daily basis, including providing response work
* Assisting with appointment amendments, liaising with operatives and residents
* Updating and maintaining the company database with details of appointments and completed works
* Ad hoc administration duties as required
Qualifications & Experience:
* Strong word-processing and administration skills, demonstrating attention to detail and accuracy at all times
* Excellent organisational and time management skills
* Ability to work under pressure to strict deadlines
