The Role: As Project Manager, you will:
* Take ownership of the full project lifecycle, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
* Coordinate multiple contractors, consultants, and stakeholders across a complex city-centre development
* Monitor site progress, manage risks, and ensure regulatory compliance and health & safety standards
* Provide regular updates to senior management and stakeholders on programme, budget, and milestones
The Ideal Candidate:
* Proven experience managing high-end residential or mixed-use developments, ideally in central London
* Strong commercial awareness and experience managing significant project budgets
* Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
* Solid understanding of construction contracts, procurement, and programme management
* Experience working on residential refurbishment schemes
