This is a hands-on role where you'll be leading a small team while also getting involved in day-to-day warehouse operations. Duties of a General Site Coordinator You will be working as part of the Warehouse/Logistics Team and will be responsible for: Supervising a team of 4-5 container unloaders Overseeing warehouse administration tasks Managing time and workloads effectively Assisting the team with warehouse duties when required Producing daily, weekly, and monthly reports Liaising with senior management Supporting other general logistics tasks as needed Skills and experience of a General Site Coordinator As a General Site Coordinator, you will need to have experience with: Team leadership experience Strong organisation & admin skills Hands-on and reliable Good communicator Detail-focused and accurate It would be beneficial to theGeneral Site Coordinator role if you also had: Good communication skills, both written and verbal in English. Previous experience working in a fast-paced distribution centre.
