Protocol Education is recruiting a full-time Teaching Assistant to support across a KS2 classroom in Gateshead, with a focus on interventions and small group work.
About the role:
You’ll work closely with the class teacher to deliver targeted support, helping pupils who may need extra guidance.
Your day-to-day will include:
* Running small group interventions in reading and maths
* Supporting pupils who need additional help to stay on track
* Reinforcing learning during whole-class lessons
* Encouraging positive behaviour and engagement
* Helping pupils develop confidence and independence

Working hours:
* Monday to Friday
* 8:30am – 3:30pm
