Deep expertise in Zscaler or Netskope security technologies (ZIA, ZPA, ZDX, CASB, SWG, ZTNA). Experience with SD-WAN platforms such as Meraki, VeloCloud, or Prisma SD-WAN. Solid understanding of core network security concepts including micro-segmentation, identity-based access, TLS inspection, and DNS security. Strong networking fundamentals: TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, MPLS, and cloud networking across AWS, Azure, or GCP. Advanced RF engineering and enterprise wireless experience, including Wi-Fi 6/6E, 802.1X/EAP, and use of tools like Ekahau or AirMagnet. Relevant Certifications: CCIE Enterprise Wireless or CCIE Security, Zscaler Certified Cloud Professional (ZCCP), ZIA / ZPA, Netskope Certified Cloud Security Administrator (NCCSA) or equivalent, CWNE (Certified Wireless Network Expert). Similar qualifications also desirable. Responsibilities: Lead the design and operation of a Zero Trust framework aligned with NIST standards. Own Zscaler or Netskope platforms, including configuration, policy governance, and lifecycle management. Define CASB, SWG, and DLP controls while integrating SD-WAN to optimise performance and security visibility. Oversee enterprise wireless infrastructure end-to-end, from RF design and surveys to deployment and optimisation. Deliver advanced RF tuning, roaming optimisation, and Wi-Fi 6/6E operations, with planning for Wi-Fi 7 adoption. Manage wireless controllers and cloud platforms such as Cisco Catalyst Center, Aruba Central, or Juniper Mist, ensuring strong wireless security standards (WPA3, 802.1X/EAP, RADIUS). Lead network engineering teams across both security and wireless disciplines. Develop the enterprise network roadmap and manage vendor relationships, procurement, and technology evaluation. Track KPIs related to uptime, wireless performance, and overall security posture.
