About the Role Nexum Group are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Recruitment Resourcer to join our team. You will support our recruiters by sourcing, screening, and engaging top candidates across a variety of roles. Responsibilities * Source candidates using job boards, social media, LinkedIn, and networking * Screen CVs and conduct initial candidate interviews * Maintain and update candidate databases (e.g. ATS/CRM) * Work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements * Schedule interviews and coordinate candidate communications * Build talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs Requirements * Previous experience in recruitment, sales, or administrative support (desirable) * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Comfortable using LinkedIn, job boards, and databases * Highly organized with excellent attention to detail * Able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently Preferred * Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) * Understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle
