Key Responsibilities
* Own the end-to-end relationship with Straumann’s most strategic DSO partners.
* Act as the main contact for senior stakeholders, including C-suite executives, operational leaders, and clinical influencers.
* Understand the customer’s strategy, challenges, and goals to position Straumann as a trusted partner.
* Lead planning, execution, and tracking of joint initiatives, pilots, and implementations across the DSO network.
* Coordinate internal teams to ensure timely delivery of projects and outcomes.
* Monitor KPIs, report progress, and adapt plans to meet customer and business objectives.
Qualifications & Experience
* Proven experience managing complex, strategic accounts in healthcare, medtech, pharma, or dental industry; experience with DSOs preferred.
* Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
* Organizational and project management skills, with experience leading multi-stakeholder initiatives.
* Commercial acumen and technical literacy in digital health solutions.
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare, or related field; postgraduate qualifications are a plus.
