We are seeking a Learning & Organisational Development Partner to join a leading UK Central Government agency.

* Position: Learning & Organisational Development Partner
* Location: Hybrid (Taunton)
* Duration: Initial 6 months
* Rate: £350 - £450 per day
This role is a key part of the People team, reporting to the Head of Culture and Capability. It involves delivering Talent, Learning, and Organisational Development initiatives aligned with our Corporate plan. The Head of Organisational Development oversees development for all employees up to and including C1 level and ELT.
The role supports senior management and HR Business Partners in achieving the agency's vision through well-designed LT&OD initiatives that foster growth, leadership, and management capabilities. It also leads the enterprise-wide development programme, embedding values that prioritize customer service and empower staff, fostering a culture of innovation, adaptability, and high performance.
This position is central to organisational culture change and development, requiring visible leadership and strategic advice across all levels, including ELT. The job holder will lead a team of specialists and collaborate with key managers, especially within the People Team and transformation projects, to enhance organisational effectiveness.
