About the role
Lead the design, development and implementation of PATL’s Loan Management System (LMS) and Customer Portal by translating business requirements and customer insights into a clear product vision and actionable deliverables. Serving as the key link between stakeholders and development teams, the Product Owner ensures alignment with PATL’s strategic objectives and user expectations. The role is responsible for managing and prioritising the product backlog, fostering cross-functional collaboration, and delivering innovative, scalable solutions that enhance user experience and drive business growth.
Location: Uxbridge, UK.
Main Responsibilities
* Develop a deep understanding of the LMS and Customer Portal products and their integration within Prism modules, processes, and policies.
* Collaborate with key stakeholders to gather, analyse, draft, and refine actionable user stories for LMS and Customer Portal enhancements and new features.
* Own and prioritise the product backlog, ensuring development tasks are aligned with business goals, deliverables and regulatory requirements.
* Collaborate with UX/UI, development, and QA teams for seamless delivery.
* Act as liaison between stakeholders and technical teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood and delivered.
* Participate in Agile ceremonies and ensure business readiness.
* Stay updated on regulatory changes affecting digital platforms, data privacy, and customer engagement.

* Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication.
Your skills
* 3+ years in product management or business analysis roles.
* Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum and SDLC; familiarity with APIs and integrations.
* Proficient in tools like DevOps; excellent analytical and communication skills.
* Ability to manage priorities, negotiate trade-offs, and deliver under tight deadlines.
