Job Description:
As the People Solutions – Colleague Experience Specialist, you’ll play a key role in making our HR systems and processes simple, clear, and user-friendly—especially within Workday. You’ll lead the creation and upkeep of colleague-facing content such as help text, knowledge articles, and system announcements, ensuring everything is accurate, timely, and easy to understand. Sitting at the crossroads of systems, change, and communications, you’ll work closely with process owners, HR experts, IT, and internal comms to identify pain points and make continuous improvements that help colleagues self-serve with confidence. You’ll bring a user-focused lens to everything you do, making sure the experience is intuitive and aligned with our policies and legal requirements across Europe. In the early months, a big part of your focus will be supporting Project Nexus, helping shape the future colleague experience with clarity and impact at the heart of every message and process.
Requirements of the Role:
* Strong ability to create and manage clear, helpful content supporting colleague self-service across HR systems like Workday.
* Focus on intuitive, inclusive design and content alignment with colleague needs.
* Collaborate with stakeholders across HR, IT, Legal, and Communications to understand and translate business goals into practical improvements.
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex processes simply.
* Good understanding of HR policy and European employment law to ensure content accuracy and compliance.
* Ability to prioritize effectively while maintaining high attention to detail.
* Experience in fast-paced, customer-centric environments, and knowledge of Workday is valuable.
* Proactive, collaborative attitude and a commitment to quality, clarity, and continuous improvement.
What we offer in return:
* Competitive base salary
* Up to 20% bonus
* 25 days holiday – Pro-Rated
* BAYE, SAYE & Performance share schemes
* 5% pension
* Life Assurance
* Flexible benefits package
* Excellent staff travel benefits
