Salary: £24.50 Per Hour

The Opportunity:
We are recruiting on behalf of a leading care provider for an experienced Deputy Manager (Clinical) to support the Home Manager in delivering outstanding care. This is a fantastic leadership opportunity for a Registered Nurse looking to take the next step in their career.
You will provide clinical leadership to nursing and care teams, ensuring residents receive safe, person-centred care that promotes dignity, choice, and wellbeing. You will oversee clinical governance, staff mentoring, care planning, audits, medication management, and documentation, and act as the Home Manager’s deputy when required.
What You’ll Need:
NMC Registered Nurse with relevant experience – essential
Previous experience as a Deputy Manager or senior nursing leader
Strong knowledge of CQC standards and safeguarding
Excellent leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills
Commitment to delivering compassionate, high-quality care
