Main Responsibilities Will Include
* Conduct OT asset inventory discovery, management, and asset risk assessments.
* Support network architecture changes in line with OT security programme policy changes.
* Drive plant initiatives and project specification, risk assessments, and policy adherence activities.
* Implement protocols to ensure accurate OT device recognition and management, following OT policies and guidelines.
* Lead cyber-risk awareness and security policy training to enable the business to maximize system benefits while protecting data integrity and security.
* Complete third-party vendor risk assessments, critical patch implementation, application whitelist testing, and implementation. Diagnose root causes of system failures and define corrective actions.
* Coordinate OT process/system change management and organize testing or approval of changes, ensuring all are executed using the approved BD methodology with proper authorization and documentation.
* Engage in ongoing educational and self-development activities as required by the role.
* Provide business and regulatory data reports and relevant information to meet customer needs using available Business Intelligence tools.
* Work with other business teams to ensure correct system usage.
About You
* First class or upper second-class honours degree from a recognized university in engineering disciplines or relevant experience with HND/HNC.
* Several years of experience in a related environment, ideally medical device manufacturing or pharmaceuticals.
* Experience with change control processes within a regulated medical device manufacturing environment.
* Knowledge of networking, software, and control systems in related environments.
* Experience with Enterprise IT systems, networking protocols, and hardware, with an interest in OT and the interface between IT and Control Systems Engineering.
* Achievement in software and control systems in relevant environments.
* Ability to interpret electrical drawings, network schematics (physical and logical), and floor plans.
* Ability to analyze large, dispersed datasets to produce insights.
* Knowledge of Allen Bradley, Siemens, and Omron PLC systems is advantageous but not essential.
