This is a high-profile leadership role requiring a commercially driven and strategically minded individual to lead site operations, drive occupier engagement, and position the campus as a centre of excellence within the scientific and academic community. Key Responsibilities will include but are not limited to: Take full leadership responsibility for the operational and commercial performance of a large-scale, multi-occupier campus Drive the marketing and external positioning of the site, enhancing its profile within the scientific, academic, and commercial sectors Develop and maintain strong relationships with occupiers, stakeholders, and local partners to foster collaboration and growth Support leasing activity, including engaging with prospective tenants and contributing to negotiations Oversee day-to-day site operations, ensuring high standards of service delivery, maintenance, and compliance Lead and manage on-site teams, ensuring performance, development, and alignment with business objectives Ensure full compliance with health & safety legislation and all relevant statutory requirements Collaborate closely with asset management and wider business teams to deliver client objectives and maximise asset performance Drive community engagement initiatives, networking events, and partnerships to enhance occupier experience and site reputation As the successful applicant, you will demonstrate strong experience in a commercial property or campus management role, with a proven ability to lead teams, manage stakeholders, and drive commercial outcomes. You will be highly network-driven, commercially aware, and confident operating within a fast-paced, evolving environment. Experience within business and innovation park environments is advantageous. An IOSH certification is required, with NEBOSH as well as IWFM accreditation being beneficial.
