The role
Learning Support Assistant Leader Education are seeking a caring, enthusiastic and dedicated Learning Support Assistant to join our supportive team working with pupils aged 4–11 years. The school strives to provide a nurturing, inclusive and stimulating environment where every child is valued and supported to achieve their full potential. We recognise that every learner is unique and are committed to tailoring support to meet individual needs. The successful candidate will work closely with teachers and other professionals to support pupils both in and out of the classroom, helping to create positive learning experiences and encourage confidence, independence and progress. We offer an aspirational curriculum that is engaging, flexible and designed to support diverse learning styles. As a co-located provision alongside a primary school site, we benefit from strong collaboration opportunities and an inclusive community ethos.
