Are you passionate about driving environmental standards and sustainability in construction?
An established and growing civil engineering contractor is looking to recruit an Environmental Sustainability Advisor to play a key role in supporting environmental compliance and delivering sustainability initiatives across a diverse portfolio of infrastructure and civil engineering projects.

What You'll Be Doing
* Supporting environmental compliance across multiple live projects
* Conducting site inspections, audits, and monitoring environmental performance
* Assisting site teams with environmental management plans and best practice
* Tracking key sustainability metrics (carbon, waste, energy, water, fuel usage)
* Supporting carbon reduction and Net Zero strategies
* Investigating incidents and driving corrective actions
* Delivering toolbox talks and environmental briefings
* Collaborating with clients, regulators, and stakeholders
* Contributing to sustainability reporting and PQQ submissions
* Maintaining ISO 14001 environmental management systems
What We're Looking For
* Degree-qualified in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Engineering, or similar
* 2+ years' experience in an environmental/sustainability role (ideally within civils, construction, or utilities)
* Strong understanding of environmental legislation and compliance
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Ability to work independently and manage priorities
* Full UK driving licence
