The Opportunity
As Sales Director, you'll lead our UK sales operation from the front - taking ownership of the strategy while staying actively involved in key account development and high-value negotiations.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and develop the UK sales team to exceed growth and revenue targets
Create and execute strategic sales plans across UK and international markets
Build strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
Identify new markets, sectors, and opportunities for expansion
Collaborate closely with internal departments including marketing, operations, and product development
Report regularly to the board on performance, forecasts, and commercial activityAbout You
Proven experience as a Sales Director or Senior Sales Leader within manufacturing
A hands-on leader who thrives on driving performance and building strong customer relationships
Strong track record of delivering revenue growth and developing high-performing teams
Commercially savvy with excellent communication, negotiation, and strategic planning skills
