Salary & Benefits: - Support Worker -Saxmundham, Suffolk, IP17
* £23,810 per annum (pro-rata) + excellent benefits.
* Shift Pattern: between 9:00 AM–10 PM with occasional sleep-ins. You’ll earn an enhanced flat rate payment of £63.470 for sleep-ins. - We respect your time, so we plan rotas 4 weeks in advance—ensuring you can maintain a healthy work-life balance!
* 24 days annual leave plus bank holidays (pro-rata for part-time).
