Role Description The Fire Safety Officer will be responsible for conducting Fire Risk Assessments (FRAs) across a range of normal and medium risk premises, primarily located in South and West Wales. All assessments will be conducted in accordance with current legislation and best practices, using appropriate FRA software applications. Key responsibilities include preparing FRA reports and action plans, advising clients on fire safety compliance and legal obligations, and identifying any necessary training requirements. The role also requires staying informed about fire safety legislation, codes of practice, and industry developments. Additionally, the officer will support clients in developing and implementing fire evacuation plans and emergency procedures.
