Job Title: Desktop Support Engineer (SC Cleared) - Onsite
Location: Bridgewater | GBP195/day PAYE | 6-month contract

We are seeking a proactive Desktop Support Engineer with active SC Clearance for a fully onsite role in Bridgewater. You'll provide hands-on technical support, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum productivity for end-users.
Responsibilities include troubleshooting Windows 10, networks, VPNs, printers, and mobile devices, managing incidents, asset inventory, and Microsoft Managed Devices. You will also handle device builds, Tech-Bar support, account administration (Active Directory/Azure), and hardware logistics.
Key Skills:
* Proven Windows 10 & desktop support experience
* SCCM/Intune administration
* Office 365 & Teams support
* Hardware and peripheral troubleshooting
* Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills
* ITIL knowledge desirable
Requirements:
* UK SC Cleared (mandatory)
* Strong communication & multitasking skills
