We are seeking full-time senior civil and structural engineers to join our growing team in Sheffield, supporting new build nuclear projects including Hinkley Point C, Sizewell C, SMRs, and future fusion reactor technologies. You will build strong relationships, reinforce your technical skills, and apply your management expertise to deliver outstanding results for our clients.
Preferred Experience (not all required):
* Relevant professional experience in civil-structural design and analysis (steelwork and reinforced concrete), R&D, project engineering, or design consultancy.
* Coordination across multidisciplinary projects.
* Leading, undertaking, and reviewing design of new building structures, with project ownership responsibility.
* Experience in highly regulated environments such as nuclear, power, or rail.
* Collaborative work across offices and client sites to understand needs and deliver on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
* Writing bids and tenders to secure work.
* Managing, leading, and mentoring staff.
