We're looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Service Coordinator to help us maintain and grow our strong relationships with key customers.
The Role
As a Customer Service Coordinator, you’ll be the heartbeat of our customer operations. You’ll manage daily account processing, resolve queries, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
1. Analyze customer orders and identify demand fluctuations.
2. Liaise with stock teams and bakery schedulers to ensure product availability.
3. Communicate proactively with customers regarding order issues.
4. Manage promotions, forecasts, and daily order trackers.
5. Collaborate with supply chain and commercial teams.
6. Investigate and report root causes of order shortages.
7. Attend operational meetings and produce performance reports.
8. Handle sample requests and maintain system housekeeping.
What We’re Looking For
9. Previous experience in customer service or a customer-focused role.
10. Strong communication and analytical skills.
11. Proficiency in Excel and email systems.
12. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
13. Experience in logistics or supply chain (ideally FMCG)
14. Familiarity with SAP and production/logistics processes.
