Responsibilities:
- Prepare and review legal documents related to property transactions
- Conduct title searches and ensure the accuracy of property information
- Coordinate with clients, real estate agents, and other parties involved in the conveyancing process
- Handle the transfer of funds and ensure timely completion of transactions
- Provide advice and guidance to clients regarding property laws and regulations
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions and documentation
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Conveyancer or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of property laws and regulations
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in using conveyancing software and other relevant tools
- Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field (preferred)
