Job Summary

Overview

You will support and enable multidisciplinary teams to deliver complex public-sector digital services that make a meaningful difference to people’s lives.

This organisation works with government departments and public bodies to solve complex delivery challenges using modern, user-centred approaches. This role is suited to an experienced delivery professional who brings sound judgement, strong collaboration skills, and a focus on outcomes rather than process.

Experience from a range of backgrounds is valued, including government departments, arms-length bodies, regulated public services, and consultancy environments. Support, clear expectations, coaching, and space to learn internal methodologies are provided for those transitioning from Civil Service or public bodies.

At this level, you will work with autonomy within agreed direction, escalating appropriately while remaining accountable for delivery outcomes.
