An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and motivated Block Leasehold Property Manager to join a thriving property management company in Liverpool. Main Responsibilities
1. Oversee the day-to-day management of 40+ residential blocks, ensuring high standards of maintenance, safety, and compliance.
2. Conduct regular inspections to maintain cleanliness, safety, and aesthetic appeal of common areas.
3. Liaise with Leaseholders, Freeholders, and contractors to address maintenance and operational needs.
4. Prepare service charge budgets and monitor expenses to ensure financial accuracy and transparency.
5. Lead the Section 20 consultation process for major works, ensuring full legal compliance.
What We Are Looking For
1. Experience: Minimum of 2 years’ experience in block management.
2. Knowledge: Strong understanding of Section 20, health and safety regulations, and the Building Safety Act.
3. Skills: Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle a busy workload effectively.
4. Communication: Strong interpersonal skills to manage relationships with residents, contractors, and stakeholders.
5. Qualifications: While not essential, ARMA or IRPM qualifications are highly desirable.
6. Other: A valid driver’s license is essential due to the nature of the role.
