Experienced Private PA required to provide first class personal support to Founder of leading Talent Management Company.
This is an extremely busy and challenging role providing right hand personal support to the principal - working alongside his EA, you will oversee all personal diary and travel management, co-ordinate complex and ever changing schedules and ensure his every day runs smoothly.
You will have experience of a similar senior Private PA role and not be fazed by by a busy, fast paced and ever changing role. Having worked directly with Talent from the music or entertainment industry would be hugely beneficial but is not essential.
This is not a 9am to 5pm role and requires complete commitment and dedication to the principal, so flexibility is key and the you must be available to travel (sometimes for long periods of time) whenever required.
Hours: Full time with out of hours support across multiple time zones
Location: London with global travel when required
Salary: £75k-£95k dependent on experience
Start Date: ASAP

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
* Personal Diary Management, coordinating complex and ever-changing schedules in line with Business commitments
* Arrange domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodation, transportation, and itineraries
* Book appointments, meetings, and personal engagements
* Pro-actively manage anticipate and manage changes, working closely with the principal's EA, handling last-minute cancellations with efficiency
* Oversee personal errands, reservations and event planning
* Liaise with household staff and service providers
* Support principals lifestyle, hobbies and wellness routines
* Strong project management to ensure that all deadlines are met and projects run to time and budget
* Be on call 24/7 to assist with last minute requests
* Available and flexible to travel whenever required
Candidates must be / have:
* Previous experience as an Private Personal Assistant at a senior level
* Music or Entertainment industry experience and knowledge preferable
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong IT skills
* Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and work under pressure
