Jewson a leading building materials distributor in Northern Europe is on the hunt for a Branch Manager who's passionate about great leadership and customer service.
Location: Jewson, Site 12, Mullacott Cross Ind Estate, Ilfracombe, EX34 8PL.
Hours: 7.30am – 5.00pm Monday to Friday and every other Saturday morning 8am - 12pm.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead, coach and support the team to deliver success and promote continuous improvement.
* Collaborate with the wider network to support customer requirements and business activities.
* Adjust the nature of services delivered according to developments in customer needs and expectations in line with our Jewson Values.
* Build and develop great relationships with new and existing customers, understanding their needs and providing proactive advice and solutions.
* Build effective relationships with suppliers.
* Get to know the local market to support plans for sales growth.
* Ensure accurate stock levels are maintained, carrying out regular stock counts.
* Lead your team to make Health & Safety a priority and demonstrate how you can keep yourself and others safe at work.
Required Skills And Experience

* Evidence experience in motivating and driving sales for this role.
* Strong communication and commercial awareness to empower the team to provide great customer service.
* Previous experience in the building materials supply industry is essential.
