Within LCA, you would be joining the Corporate & Consumer division:
About the role:
* Deliver 360 multi-channel integrated marketing campaigns for clients, including delivery of all brand marketing, social media, content strategy, paid media and influencer partnerships, brand activations and media relations.
* Effectively manage campaigns, you’ll know how to take a bird’s eye view of your accounts to keep your clients happy whilst keeping one eye on the detail to ensure the smooth running of projects
* Be the client lead for project delivery and day-to-day communications – you will have an exceptional grasp on client’s needs, and ability to drive results!
* Accountable for ensuring team are aware and well-brief on timelines and deliverables
* Support Account Director in influencer strategy – including identifying, vet, and manage influencer partnerships end-to-end
* Have a strong grasp on the social media and content strategy for clients – working between client and internal social media team, to ensure seamless delivery
* Lead on paid media partnerships – negotiating rates, prepping briefing documents etc.
* Experience of media relations, including pitching to journalists, drafting media releases, and managing interviews with a growing network across the property and consumer press
* Own project and campaign budgets including tracking of all ongoing costs throughout delivery, ensuring clear communication and reconciliation between third-party suppliers and client.
About you:
* Must have experience in fast paced, multiple brief account management or similar skillset
* Must have 5+ years in integrated marketing, either agency or in-house, with strong PR experience
* Must have demonstratable experience in the property and built environment sector; prior experience with build-to-rent and residential brands.
* A strong understand of the marketing channel mix and how to implement highly successful, integrated campaigns
* Desirable: digital-first marketing experience and passion for social / brand marketing
* Desirable: an understanding of content production and creative development process and delivery
* Strong client management skills, able to problem solve, build relationships, and bring clients along on the journey
* Ability to manage projects with varying components, demonstrating exceptional ability to deliver on time and on budget
* A strong team player! You are hands-on, team-focused, and always happy to go above and beyond!
* A professional, calm, approachable demeanour, and the ability to thrive in the dynamic and fast-paced agency environment
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices
