A growing business is looking for a confident, organised, and commercially minded Sales Office Manager to take ownership of a busy office, lead a sales team, and act as the central link between installations, regional sales, key accounts, and service delivery. Along with a salary of £40,000 per annum, you will also receive:

What you’ll be doing as Sales Office Manager:
Leading, supporting and motivating the team to achieve monthly and annual targets
Overseeing daily office operations, including holiday, sickness, and quarterly appraisals
Maintaining excellent customer service standards and resolve client issues effectively
Working closely with the Installations Manager to track and process contract variations
Contacting clients to discuss and agree variation orders in a professional and commercially effective way
Providing training and guidance to your team
Keeping accurate sales reports, records, and follow-ups
We’re looking for a Sales Office Manager with:
Proven experience in sales management, customer service, and office administration
A natural leader who can mentor and motivate a team
Highly organised, great at multitasking, and confident in negotiations
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Knowledge of building sites and the construction process (desirable, not essential)
