What You Bring
* Proven experience as a Financial Adviser or Planner
* Strong technical understanding of investments & pensions
* Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills
* High standards, strong ethics, and a client‑first mindset
* Confident working with CRM systems and MS Office
* Level 4 Diploma in Financial Advice — essential
