Finance Assistant
to join their supportive and collaborative finance team.
The Finance Assistant Role:
As Finance Assistant, youll play a key role in supporting our finance function, working closely with colleagues across HFMA. From maintaining accurate ledgers to managing banking activities, youll ensure our financial records are reliable and up to date.

Key responsibilities of the Finance Assistant:
Importing weekly sales invoices from our web-based system
Generating and issuing invoices in line with company procedures
Managing daily banking activities and reconciliations
Processing purchase ledger transactions and payment runs
Supporting monthly account reconciliations
Uploading and processing expenses in Sage Line 50
Providing general support to the finance team and wider organisation
About You:
At least 2 years experience in a finance role or part-AAT qualification (or equivalent)
Strong working knowledge of Sage Line 50
Proficiency in Excel and MS Office
High attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
A positive, flexible, team-focused attitude
Desirable (but not essential):
Knowledge of the NHS and its finance/governance frameworks
