Due to growth, they are now recruiting for an experienced travel sales team leader to coach, manage and motivate the team. This is a pivotal role in maximising revenue through shaping and executing sales strategies, identifying growth opportunities with a strong focus on conversion rates, pipeline management, and performance coaching will be essential to achieving and exceeding business targets.
