Responsibilities
* Lead and inspire the bar team, create a seamless guest experience.
* Drive cocktail creativity.
* Run team meetings, coaching sessions, and development.
* Oversee cellar management.
* Manage rosters and staffing levels.
* Manage ticket times and service flow.

Salary: £32,000 to £36,000 per hour. Based at The Joiners Arms, Quarndon
