Job Description Summary (Main Duties And Responsibilities) We are looking for Band 6 Occupational Therapists to provide an effective and efficient therapy service. This post requires a level of personal responsibility for someone highly motivated, resilient and proactive with the ability to prioritise and manage their own allocated caseload, use their initiative and the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team. Demonstrate excellent communication, organisational skills and be able to adapt to changing and pressurised environment. Working with Physiotherapists and Technical Instructors to carryout comprehensive functional assessments and interventions to help patients live as independently as possible. The therapy teams operate in an integrated way whereby Therapists are encouraged to work synergistically in order to provide the best possible outcomes for patients. You will be encouraged and supported to grow your skillset, and to challenge the way we do things. We are looking for determined and self-motivated individuals who can make a difference to the care of patients and to promote therapy services within the trust.
